Did you know you can find very special trees in the Koroška region? Among others, the mother of Slovenian lime trees and the highest spruce tree in this part of Europe. Here, at the juncture of the European and African lithospheric plate, you are invited to the rich world of rocks and ore. Peca, Uršlja Gora, Raduha, the dead volcano Smrekovec and the Pohorje mountain range, as well as other parts, welcome you to an active experience of nature. Under the south mountain walls of Peca, near Črna na Koroškem, we meet one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys, Topla, which has been protected as a regional park.
