Črna na Koroškem

For those seeking more demanding terrain, the Mučevo and Olimpline via ferratas are also available. 

To avoid walking back down into the valley, Črna na Koroškem also offers an exhilarating zipline – at 1263.5 m, one of the longest in Europe. Fly like a superhero over the town centre and admire the panorama of the surrounding mountains while speeding at over 100 km/h. 

The surrounding hills hide countless opportunities for mountain biking, where you can join specially prepared tours with friendly locals who will make sure you feel great with every pedal stroke. 

Črna is also known for its events, among which the winter building of the Castles of King Matjaž stands out, where teams compete in building snow castles that are beautifully illuminated by torches at night.

Another highlight is the K24 trail – a mountain ultramarathon that attracts more than a thousand participants each year, with the most experienced running as much as 100 kilometres across five Koroška mountains and valleys.
