At the Hiša Ančka restaurant, you’ll be welcomed by a carefully curated à la carte menu, designed according to zero waste principles. The team strives to source as many ingredients as possible from local producers, while also preparing many elements in-house – from homemade pasta to freshly baked bread. Tasting menus with 3, 4, 5, or 6 courses are also available and do not require prior reservation. The à la carte selection features a wide variety of dishes – from pasta to open-fire grilled meats. In the bistro section, guests can enjoy delicious bao buns and fresh salads.

A special part of the culinary experience is the in-house Pizzeria Fantom, which offers Neapolitan-style pizzas and wood-fired lasagnas. A recent addition to the offer includes breakfast and brunch, available every day – from Monday to Sunday – and open to external guests as well.

In addition to the restaurant and pizzeria, Hiša Ančka also boasts boutique hotel rooms located across two properties – Hiša Ančka and Hiša Maja. Together, they offer ten meticulously designed rooms, furnished with a refined sense of aesthetics. Natural materials such as oak are used, complemented by premium ceramics and warm tones, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

For complete relaxation, guests can unwind in the boutique wellness area located in the cellar, featuring a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and a professional whirlpool.
